Supervisor Patient Care
SUMMARY: SUMMARY:Interface with the director and clinical nursing staff to provide leadership in improving and maintaining the delivery of careprocesses for a Medical-Surgical unit and to assume delegated responsibility for the implementation of daily operations.
EXPERIENCE:3-5 years specialty experience. Previous charge nurse experience preferred.
OTHER:Basic computer skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
LICENSE/CERT: Required: RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri, BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)
EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Nursing, Preferred: Masters - Nursing
