This role is designed for a strategic and execution-driven marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of project management, creative production, and performance marketing. You will lead end-to-end marketing initiatives, ensuring that campaigns, funnels, and digital assets are delivered with quality, speed, and impact. Acting as a central coordinator between creative, copy, and performance teams, you will translate ideas into structured execution plans and measurable outcomes. The position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with direct influence on campaign performance and business growth. You will work closely with leadership on new launches, experiments, and marketing strategies in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. This is a fully remote role within a dynamic, international context where ownership and autonomy are highly valued.
- Lead and manage marketing projects from ideation through execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate creative workflows by working closely with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality output.
- Build, optimize, and oversee marketing assets such as funnels, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-team communication to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and support data-driven optimization of campaigns.
- Collaborate with leadership on new marketing ideas, launches, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, combining both strategic understanding and hands-on execution experience. You are confident working with funnels, conversion optimization, and campaign structuring, with the ability to connect marketing strategy to performance outcomes. You have experience managing end-to-end projects and coordinating creative production, including collaboration with design and content teams. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with a proactive, organized, and self-driven mindset.
