This role is centered on building, coaching, and scaling a high-performing team of Account Executives within a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will take ownership of team performance, focusing on developing sales talent, improving execution quality, and driving consistent revenue achievement across the organization. The position emphasizes leadership over individual selling, requiring a strong ability to mentor, motivate, and elevate others through structured coaching and performance feedback. You will also play a key role in refining sales processes, improving call quality, and ensuring consistent execution across the team. In addition, you will collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams to align go-to-market strategies and strengthen overall sales effectiveness. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for someone who thrives in people development, operational excellence, and scalable sales environments.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of quota-carrying Account Executives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Provide ongoing mentorship, performance feedback, and structured coaching to improve sales execution and call quality.
- Monitor, forecast, and analyze sales performance using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong.io.
- Design and optimize scalable sales processes to improve efficiency and drive consistent results.
- Partner with Marketing and GTM leadership to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and outreach strategy.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new sales talent to strengthen team capability.
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and growth-oriented sales culture.
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with at least 2+ years in a sales leadership or coaching role.
- Proven track record of developing and leading teams that consistently meet or exceed quota.
- Strong expertise in sales performance tools such as Gong.io, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong coaching mindset.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or startup environments.
- Availability to work aligned with Eastern Time (ET) hours.
- Background in B2B SaaS, adtech, or marketing analytics is a plus.
- Remote contract role with international exposure.
