Summary:

The Analyst, IBCU, oversees technology implementation and communications to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of initiatives by coordinating implementation activities, assessing operational and control impacts, and managing business communications. This position partners closely with Technology, Business Control Operations, Risk, Compliance, and operational teams to ensure technology changes are implemented with strong controls, clear communication, and organizational readiness.

The role is responsible for overseeing analystlevel workstreams related to system changes, documentation, testing coordination, and communication execution, while serving as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. The position helps translate complex system and control changes into clear, actionable information that supports effective adoption and operational integrity.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Technology Implementation & Operational Oversight

  • Coordinate and support technology implementation activities impacting business control and operational processes.

  • Oversee analyst deliverables related to business requirements, process documentation, control updates, and implementation artifacts.

  • Assess operational impacts, control considerations, and workflow changes resulting from new or enhanced technology solutions.

  • Partner with Technology teams to ensure business and control requirements are accurately represented and validated.

  • Coordinate testing efforts including UAT, regression testing, and control validation, tracking issues through resolution.

  • Support golive readiness, deployment activities, and postimplementation monitoring.

Business Control Operations Support

  • Evaluate the impact of technology changes on internal controls, risk management practices, and compliance requirements.

  • Support alignment with internal control frameworks, regulatory expectations, and audit standards.

  • Identify gaps, risks, or control weaknesses and escalate issues as needed.

  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to support documentation, testing evidence, and remediation tracking.

  • Assist with control governance activities including metrics reporting and operational reviews.

Communication Management & Change Enablement

  • Develop and execute communication plans supporting technology implementations and operational changes.

  • Create clear, concise communication materials such as announcements, FAQs, job aids, readiness updates, and leadership summaries.

  • Translate technical, operational, and regulatory concepts into businessfocused language.

  • Coordinate messaging with training, change management, and leadership teams to ensure consistency and clarity.

  • Maintain communication channels such as SharePoint or Service Now sites, email distributions, and operational bulletins.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Serve as a liaison between Technology, Business Controls, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and end users.

  • Facilitate working sessions, status meetings, and reviews to align stakeholders and drive issue resolution.

  • Support decisionmaking by gathering input, documenting outcomes, and tracking followup actions.

  • Promote a strong control mindset and culture of accountability and transparency.

  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Sagent LoanServ servicing system experience.

  • Industry and product knowledge.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University; three (3) to five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • None Required

Work Complexity:

Problems and issues faced are general, and may require understanding of broader set of issues but typically are not complex. May require familiarity with the financial/mortgage (or job-specific) industry. Problems require understanding of other job areas. Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experiences, with analysis of the issue.
