- Own strategic opportunities end-to-end, from identifying and validating use cases through solution development, commercial structuring, implementation, and closing.
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and become deeply embedded in strategic accounts, taking ownership of deployment outcomes and long-term value creation.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact workflows, then partner with Forward Deployed Software Engineers and other technical teams to turn opportunities into working solutions.

- Build and deliver compelling product demonstrations and prototypes for prospective and existing customers.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, research, and go-to-market teams to ensure AI agents reach production and deliver measurable business outcomes.

- At least 3 years of experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity, with enterprise customer experience strongly preferred.
- Experience across product development, solution delivery, implementation, or organizational change management.
- Strong commercial instincts, with the ability to engage in enterprise deal discussions, articulate value propositions, and navigate complex sales cycles alongside go-to-market teams.
- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with APIs and integrations, sufficient to prototype solutions, build demonstrations, and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with LLMs, AI tooling, and common AI-agent frameworks.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear explanations and structured recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and drive them through to measurable results.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills, with a creative approach to mapping enterprise workflows and use cases to AI systems.
- Adaptability and comfort working across different customer environments, industries, technical architectures, and business challenges.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, research, sales, and executive stakeholders.
- Fully remote position for candidates based in Canada, with a global, talent-focused working environment.
- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge enterprise AI and help define how AI agents transform customer and operational workflows.
- High-impact role with significant autonomy, ownership, and exposure to strategic enterprise customers.
- Opportunity to collaborate with researchers, engineers, product specialists, and go-to-market professionals.
- Strong opportunities for professional growth and the ability to expand your impact beyond the initial scope of the role.
- Annual discretionary stipend supporting professional learning and development.
- Annual discretionary stipend to facilitate in-person collaboration and social travel with colleagues.
- Annual company-wide offsite bringing the global team together in a new location.
- Monthly co-working stipend for employees who are not located near a primary company hub.
