This is a senior enterprise sales opportunity focused on creating and expanding new business within strategic customer and prospect accounts.
You will lead the commercialization of innovative supply chain solutions designed to transform complex business processes through AI and automation.
The role requires trusted engagement with C-suite executives and senior technology and business leaders.
You will shape transformation strategies, build compelling business cases, and guide customers through a consultative sales journey.
Working across product, architecture, value engineering, professional services, and customer success teams, you will orchestrate complex enterprise engagements.
Success will be measured through pipeline growth, new and expansion revenue, executive engagement, forecast accuracy, and disciplined sales execution.

- Own the commercial journey for supply chain transformation solutions across an assigned portfolio of strategic accounts, developing account strategies that establish and grow new business opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior business and technology leaders, leading executive discovery, strategic planning, transformation roadmaps, and business process workshops.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new enterprise opportunities, guiding customers through structured commercialization programs and establishing mutually agreed action plans with key champions.
- Position supply chain transformation solutions, AI-powered platforms, intelligent agents, and related capabilities as foundations for modernizing enterprise operations.
- Partner with business process architects and value engineering teams to develop compelling business cases that demonstrate measurable operational and financial value.
- Develop expansion strategies that create long-term strategic partnerships across multiple business processes, functions, and customer needs.
- Execute disciplined enterprise sales processes using MEDDPICC qualification, maintaining strong pipeline coverage, opportunity progression, forecast accuracy, and CRM hygiene.
- Use data-driven insights and commercial frameworks to improve account strategies, executive messaging, opportunity planning, and overall sales effectiveness.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across product management, professional services, customer success, marketing, channels, alliances, architecture, and executive leadership throughout the sales cycle.
- Lead internal account strategy sessions and opportunity reviews to maximize win probability and ensure consistent customer engagement.
- Collaborate with customer account managers supporting adjacent business areas to deliver a coordinated customer experience while maintaining clear commercial ownership.
- Leverage customer intelligence to identify reciprocal growth opportunities, strengthen executive relationships, and maximize long-term account value.
- Track performance against key measures including recurring revenue, new customer acquisition, expansion revenue, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, qualification quality, executive engagement, and successful completion of customer accelerator programs.
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise software or technology sales, with a demonstrated record of achieving bookings and creating new business.
- Proven success selling complex enterprise transformation initiatives to C-suite and senior business or technology stakeholders.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles involving multiple functions, decision-makers, and organizational levels.
- Strong strategic account planning, business value selling, negotiation, executive communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with structured enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and disciplined pipeline and forecast management.
- Demonstrated ability to create new enterprise software businesses and develop opportunities from initial discovery through commercial execution.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to translate complex technology and business transformation concepts into compelling customer outcomes.
- Experience leading cross-functional solutioning efforts and coordinating internal teams throughout complex sales engagements.
- Preferred experience in life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, supply chain technology, or related enterprise software markets.
- Experience selling supply chain planning or execution, ERP, AI, automation, digital transformation, or operational excellence solutions is advantageous.
- Understanding of business process transformation, enterprise AI, and strategies for improving operational performance is preferred.
- Experience working within matrixed or globally distributed organizations is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and company headquarters as required.
- A self-directed, commercially focused mindset with the ability to build executive trust, navigate ambiguity, and consistently drive opportunities forward.
- Base salary range of $138,949.80 – $161,005.53 USD, depending on experience, skills, location, internal equity, and other relevant factors.
