This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista Administrativo de TI - Excelência Empresarial based in Brazil.

This role is focused on strengthening technology operations through financial analysis, cost management, and process optimization.
You will support strategic decision-making by ensuring accuracy and visibility into IT budgets, expenses, and contracts.
The position sits at the intersection of technology, finance, and business, requiring strong analytical skills and collaboration across teams.
You will contribute to FinOps practices, helping identify opportunities to optimize cloud and software-related costs.
Working in a remote environment, you will support leadership with reliable insights and performance indicators.

Accountabilities:

The role is responsible for supporting IT financial management processes, ensuring accurate reporting, cost optimization, and effective coordination between technical and corporate teams. The main responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and analyze IT costs through a FinOps perspective, including cloud infrastructure expenses and SaaS services, identifying optimization opportunities with technical teams.
  • Consolidate financial data and prepare periodic reports covering IT operational expenses (OPEX) and technology projects.
  • Track budget performance by comparing actual spending against forecasts, identifying deviations, supporting root-cause analysis, and contributing to action plans.
  • Manage IT contract information, including software, hardware, and service providers, monitoring renewals, adjustments, and operational deadlines.
  • Support financial and operational workflows within ERP systems, including purchase requests, service orders, invoice allocation, and reconciliation processes.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and executive reports with IT cost and financial performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with technology, finance, procurement, and accounting teams to improve transparency and governance.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience combining technology administration, financial analysis, and operational control, with the ability to translate technical information into business insights. Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in IT financial management, technology administration, controlling, or related areas.
  • Strong understanding of OPEX and CAPEX processes, as well as familiarity with FinOps concepts involving cloud costs and SaaS licensing.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Totvs, or similar platforms for purchasing, payments, and contract management.
  • Experience creating analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage financial data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams and corporate stakeholders.
  • Ability to organize priorities, monitor processes, and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Degree or technical background related to technology, finance, administration, accounting, or similar fields is preferred.
  • Certifications in FinOps (such as FinOps Certified Practitioner), experience with IT cost optimization projects, or postgraduate studies in finance, controlling, or IT governance are considered a plus.
