The Talent Acquisition Partner will own recruitment strategies for assigned roles, partnering closely with leadership teams to create efficient, scalable, and candidate-focused hiring processes. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing, process improvement, stakeholder management, and recruiting analytics.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, from sourcing and screening through offer management and candidate transition.
- Build proactive talent pipelines by identifying and engaging qualified passive candidates beyond traditional inbound applications.
- Partner with hiring managers through structured intake sessions to define ideal candidate profiles, interview processes, and evaluation criteria.
- Lead regular calibration discussions with hiring teams to adjust sourcing strategies based on market insights and candidate feedback.
- Improve top-of-funnel recruiting effectiveness by implementing targeted sourcing approaches, quality candidate reviews, and strong employer branding practices.
- Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate progression, timely feedback collection, and efficient workflows.
- Oversee offer creation, negotiation processes, and smooth transitions between recruitment and onboarding teams.
- Track and improve key recruiting metrics, including Time-to-Fill, Quality-of-Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
- Introduce experimentation and innovation into recruiting practices, including effective adoption of AI-powered tools and data-driven approaches.
- Collaborate with business leaders to support workforce planning, hiring priorities, and organizational growth objectives.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiting professional who combines strategic thinking, operational discipline, and strong relationship-building skills. You should have experience building scalable hiring processes, working with leadership teams, and using data to improve recruitment outcomes.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth, startup, or rapidly changing environment.
- Proven ability to manage both specialized searches and high-volume recruiting initiatives.
- Experience implementing, improving, or managing Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with BambooHR is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of modern sourcing strategies, candidate assessment methods, and recruitment best practices.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics and continuously improve processes.
- Experience applying experimentation and innovation when integrating AI into recruiting workflows.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of workforce planning, hiring budgets, and return on investment.
- Ability to partner effectively with executives, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable bringing structure to ambiguous situations and building processes from the ground up.
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare operations, payor/provider services, or care delivery environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with contact center or field-based operations is a plus.
- Experience supporting organizations backed by private equity is advantageous.
