Sr Product Compliance Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Product Compliance Analyst based in United States.

The Sr Product Compliance Analyst will play a critical role in strengthening compliance programs that support healthcare-related products and services.
This position combines regulatory expertise, risk management, operational analysis, and strategic partnership to ensure solutions meet evolving legal and industry requirements.
The role will serve as a trusted advisor, applying sound judgment to complex compliance matters and guiding teams toward effective risk mitigation.
The successful candidate will help design scalable compliance processes, enhance monitoring frameworks, and improve documentation standards.
Working with cross-functional stakeholders, this position will contribute to business initiatives while maintaining strong regulatory discipline.

Accountabilities:

The Sr Product Compliance Analyst will support and enhance product compliance operations by providing regulatory expertise, conducting risk assessments, and developing solutions that promote compliance excellence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of product compliance programs, including policies, procedures, training, monitoring activities, and reporting frameworks.
  • Apply advanced regulatory judgment to complex compliance questions, investigations, and escalations by analyzing requirements and developing clear, defensible recommendations.
  • Conduct compliance reviews, testing, monitoring activities, and investigations to identify control gaps, assess risks, and support corrective and preventive actions.
  • Provide compliance support across operational areas such as regulatory reporting, compliance change management, and complaint investigation processes.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve compliance documentation, analysis, efficiency, and scalability while maintaining accountability for decisions and outcomes.
  • Partner with internal teams to integrate compliance requirements into strategic initiatives, operational changes, and third-party relationships.
  • Prepare compliance reports, leadership briefings, regulatory documentation, and executive-level summaries.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records, logs, and documentation to ensure audit readiness.
  • Contribute to compliance roadmaps and strategic initiatives through data analysis, trend identification, and risk insights.
  • Support knowledge sharing, quality standards, and continuous improvement across compliance functions.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in compliance, risk management, governance, or related disciplines, with the ability to interpret regulations and influence business decisions. Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in compliance, risk management, insurance, governance, audit, finance, or project management.
  • Previous experience working in healthcare, financial services, employee benefits, or regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits compliance frameworks, including HSA, FSA, HRA, COBRA, and applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Experience designing scalable, auditable compliance processes and balancing regulatory requirements with operational objectives.
  • Ability to use AI-enabled tools as part of compliance workflows to enhance research, documentation, and analysis while maintaining professional judgment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex compliance concepts to varied audiences.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Relevant certifications such as CFC, HSAS, CAS, or similar credentials are a plus.
