Looking for the ability to make an impact as a key part of a dedicated, diverse, and growing company? If so, Auto Driveaway Systems, LLC is seeking an innovative, detail-oriented individual to join us as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In this role, you will provide critical coordination and hands-on support across the full recruiting process, working side by side with our recruiter on a lean, fast-moving talent acquisition team. Auto Driveaway is a leading national provider of professional vehicle relocation services. Auto Driveaway primarily serves large corporate fleets, fleet management companies, upfitters, dealerships and vehicle OEMs with fast, safe and reliable door-to-door driveaway and trucked transportation service nationwide. Services include fleet shipping and fleet management services; single vehicle “door-to-door driveaway” shipping; expedited shipping; enclosed carrier shipping for high-value vehicles; international (overseas) shipping; short-term and long-term vehicle storage; licensing, titling and registration of vehicles; and vehicle maintenance and reconditioning services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruiting process from job requisition through offer and onboarding handoff
  • Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
  • Assist candidates with interview scheduling, logistics, and general recruiting-process questions
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Post, update, and close job openings across the company's career site and external job boards, and optimize postings to drive qualified applicant volume
  • Source and proactively engage passive candidates to build pipelines for active and hard-to-fill roles
  • Help organize and optimize the applicant tracking system (Paylocity) to keep candidate and requisition data clean and current
  • Review incoming applications against role criteria and surface qualified candidates to the recruiter
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with candidate communications, interview preparation, and recruiting documentation
  • Assist with preparation and coordination of employment offers and related documentation
  • Ensure timely collection of interview feedback and maintain accurate recruiting records
  • Ensure recruiting activities are conducted consistently with company policies and applicable employment requirements
  • Grow Auto Driveaway’s reputation as the driveaway company of choice across the United States

Qualifications

  • College degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, talent acquisition, administrative support, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
  • Strong customer-service mindset and professional interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with an ATS such as Paylocity (preferred)
  • Previous experience coordinating high-volume recruiting or multiple concurrent requisitions (preferred)
  • Experience supporting background checks, offers, or onboarding activities (preferred)
