AccessAbilities is seeking a Community Learning Center Supervisor to lead our community learning center day program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach employees, oversee daily operations, and help create engaging, person-centered experiences that empower individuals to learn, grow, and thrive.
As our Community Learning Center continues to grow, this position offers the opportunity to help shape the future of our program while building and developing an exceptional team.

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and support Community Learning Center employees
- Oversee daily operations and staffing
- Participate in direct support while serving as the on-site leader
- Ensure quality services, documentation, and Medicaid compliance
- Foster a positive, accountable, and engaging team culture
- Create meaningful opportunities for individuals to build independence and community involvement
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience supervising or leading employees
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for coaching others and improving programs
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation to transport individuals as needed
