Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Omni-Channel Manager based in United States.
This role leads the strategy and execution of omnichannel growth across major retail and digital commerce platforms. You will shape performance marketing programs spanning retailer.com, in-store, online grocery, and emerging retail media environments. The position combines commercial strategy, data-driven marketing, creative thinking, and AI fluency to accelerate customer acquisition and sales. You will manage a multi-million-dollar media budget while increasingly orchestrating AI-powered bidding and campaign systems rather than relying solely on manual optimization. As a people manager, you will develop an Omni Senior Associate while partnering closely with Sales, E-commerce, Brand, Social, Influencer, Creative, and Systems teams. The role offers an opportunity to help define how brands operate as retail media and AI-driven shopping continue to evolve.
- Lead omnichannel performance marketing strategy across partners such as Target, Walmart, Instacart, and other retail media platforms to drive awareness, customer acquisition, and sales across digital and physical retail channels.
- Manage and optimize a multi-million-dollar media budget by establishing objectives, conversion signals, investment guardrails, and performance expectations for increasingly AI-driven advertising systems.
- Oversee and audit autonomous campaign decisions, including bidding, budget allocation, and creative rotation, ensuring they align with business objectives, margin targets, inventory conditions, and brand priorities.
- Serve as a primary partner to retail media networks and emerging AI-powered advertising platforms as new capabilities and agentic tools are introduced.
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop the Omni Senior Associate while maintaining high standards for execution across retailer media and digital brand touchpoints.
- Partner with Sales and Sales Strategy to support customer business plans and digital commerce objectives, translating marketing insights into actionable commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with Social, Influencer, Consumer Response, E-commerce, Growth, Brand Marketing, Creative, and Systems teams to create an integrated approach to retailer.com traffic and omnichannel growth.
- Develop and manage learning agendas, including incrementality testing, first-party data matching, and evolving attribution methodologies, to improve marketing efficiency as third-party tracking changes.
- Work with E-commerce, Creative, and Systems teams to ensure product attributes, taxonomy, certifications, pricing, and other product information are structured for visibility across AI-mediated shopping journeys.
- Evaluate emerging retail media formats, including video, audio, CTV, and other full-funnel opportunities as retail media expands beyond traditional sponsored placements.
- Assess new AI tools, retailer alpha and beta capabilities, and agentic advertising formats, recommending which initiatives to pilot, scale, or discontinue based on business impact.
- Translate complex performance data and emerging technology developments into clear recommendations for marketing, sales, and senior leadership audiences.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience across marketing and e-commerce, with a strong focus on paid acquisition for a consumer brand operating across both digital and brick-and-mortar channels.
- Proven experience managing and developing people, with strong coaching, mentoring, and team leadership capabilities.
- Hands-on experience managing SEM and other ROAS-driven performance marketing investments.
- Experience directing and auditing AI- or agentic-driven bidding and campaign systems, including setting objectives, establishing guardrails, and validating outcomes.
- Strong interest in emerging technologies, innovation, AI capabilities, and evolving approaches to digital commerce.
- Knowledge of test-and-learn methodologies, including incrementality testing, first-party data matching, and multi-touch attribution as measurement practices evolve.
- Ability to combine analytical, data-driven decision-making with strong creative judgment and marketing instincts.
- Highly analytical and comfortable translating complex insights into actionable recommendations for audiences ranging from marketing and sales teams to senior leadership.
- Experience implementing or managing Martech and AI solutions, with an understanding of how structured product data influences visibility in AI-mediated and agentic shopping experiences.
- Familiarity with full-funnel retail media formats such as video, CTV, audio, in-store media, and other emerging placements beyond sponsored search.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Benefits:
- Base salary of $146,340–$178,860, with compensation determined by geographic location and experience within the posted range.
- Annual bonus opportunity.
- 100% employer-paid premiums for employee-only medical, dental and orthodontic, and vision insurance.
- Four weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, and 12 mental health days annually.
- 100% paid parental leave.
- Fertility and adoption benefits.
- 401(k) plan with employer matching.
- Hybrid work, wellness, and cell phone stipends.
- Free company products.
- Remote position within the United States with travel to company offsites approximately four times per year.
- Full-time, exempt position reporting to the VP of Ecommerce and AI.
