This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager, SIEM based in United States.

This is a strategic product leadership role focused on shaping and scaling a next-generation SIEM designed for SMB and mid-market customers.
You will help define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market direction for a rapidly growing cybersecurity platform.
The role combines deep customer understanding, market analysis, technical product development, and commercial strategy.
You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, product leadership, and executive stakeholders to turn complex security challenges into practical solutions.
Your work will help make advanced security capabilities more accessible without the complexity and cost traditionally associated with enterprise SIEM platforms.
You will engage directly with customers, prospects, and industry analysts to understand evolving needs and trends in the threat landscape.
This is an opportunity to influence a high-growth cybersecurity product while working at both strategic and highly detailed execution levels.

Accountabilities:

As a Staff Product Manager, you will help lead the vision and growth strategy for the SIEM product, translating customer needs, market trends, and cybersecurity developments into differentiated product experiences and measurable business outcomes.

  • Partner with product leadership and key stakeholders to define the SIEM product vision, strategy, and business value.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive offerings, customer needs, and industry developments to inform product strategy, pricing, and roadmap decisions.
  • Identify ambiguous or emerging customer needs and translate them into innovative, differentiated product solutions.
  • Work closely with designers, engineers, and architects to develop detailed business requirements, epics, user stories, and product specifications.
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on product strategy, market opportunities, customer needs, and business impact.
  • Contribute throughout the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and validation through development, launch, and optimization.
  • Own and drive the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy in collaboration with marketing, sales, executive leadership, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful product launches.
  • Engage directly with customers and prospects to gather feedback and insights throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Serve as a bridge between engineering teams, senior leadership, and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business language and vice versa.
  • Lead strategic initiatives while remaining comfortable diving into detailed product, customer, and technical considerations.
  • Partner with design and engineering teams to develop mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for new product concepts and features.
  • Manage user experience testing and use customer behavior insights to improve the platform.
  • Work with product operations to define and monitor key product metrics, including conversion, churn, monthly recurring revenue, and other indicators of product success.
  • Engage with customers, prospects, and industry analysts to articulate the product value proposition and strengthen market positioning.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines deep product management experience with strong technical understanding of cybersecurity and SIEM platforms, along with the business acumen needed to develop long-term product strategies and execute them effectively.

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, including direct responsibility for SIEM products.
  • Experience with SOAR products is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing long-term product vision and strategy that delivered measurable business results.
  • Proven experience leading product innovation, feature ideation, development, delivery, and launch.
  • Experience designing and delivering products that leverage artificial intelligence tools and technologies, such as Claude or comparable solutions.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with Agile product development tools.
  • Strong ability to translate product strategy and desired outcomes into clear epics, user stories, and requirements for engineering teams.
  • Experience working with products delivered through AWS or other cloud environments.
  • Strong creative thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to bridge technical, commercial, and customer perspectives effectively.
  • Strong customer orientation with experience gathering and applying feedback to product decisions.
  • Experience building products for SMB customers is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and detailed execution levels.

Benefits:

  • Base salary of $230,000–$250,000, plus bonus and equity.
  • 100% remote work environment within the United States.
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays.
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with a 5% employer contribution regardless of employee contribution.
  • Life and disability insurance.
  • Stock options for all full-time employees.
  • One-time $500 reimbursement for building or upgrading a home office.
  • Annual education and professional development allowance.
  • $75 USD monthly digital reimbursement.
  • Access to BetterUp for coaching and personal and professional development.
  • Opportunity to shape a differentiated SIEM product and influence the future of cybersecurity for SMB and mid-market organizations.
  • Fully remote, collaborative environment with close interaction across product, engineering, executive, sales, and marketing teams.
