The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of innovative creation-focused products and features.
This role combines customer empathy, strategic thinking, technical understanding, and strong cross-functional leadership.
You will shape product roadmaps that balance customer value, business viability, usability, and technical feasibility.
Working closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer teams, you will turn market needs into compelling product experiences.
You will own initiatives from discovery and requirements definition through launch, post-release optimization, and eventual end-of-life.

- Lead the end-to-end success of assigned products and features, from product alignment and discovery through requirements, delivery, market launch, post-release management, and end-of-life.
- Develop and continuously maintain product and feature roadmaps that balance customer value, business viability, technical feasibility, and usability.
- Conduct customer discovery and empathy activities, engaging internal and external stakeholders to understand user needs, pain points, workflows, and opportunities.
- Gather and synthesize input from engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer engagement, support, implementation, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize critical customer and market requirements.
- Partner with leadership and strategy teams to translate organizational priorities, market requirements, and product backlogs into clear product roadmaps.
- Translate product vision and roadmap initiatives into detailed product requirements, including functional needs, supported use cases, workflows, constraints, and measurable success criteria.
- Lead agile product development from use-case definition and prioritization through delivery, launch, post-release improvements, and product lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, architecture, PMO, and senior leadership to ensure product objectives and organizational goals are achieved.
- Champion product innovation and advocate for product direction while identifying opportunities to create differentiated, industry-leading creation products and experiences.
- Ensure release candidates meet defined product requirements and quality expectations before reaching the market.
- Maintain a data-driven product backlog aligned with the product vision and roadmap, incorporating ongoing feedback from customers, sales, services, competitive intelligence, and market research.
- Conduct feasibility assessments, ROI analysis, business cases, and build-versus-buy-or-partner evaluations to support product investment decisions.
- Contribute thought leadership and represent the product portfolio at relevant industry events and external forums.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software product management, with demonstrated ownership across product planning, development, launch, and lifecycle management.
- Strong track record of delivering measurable, data-backed business and customer outcomes.
- Proven experience developing product strategies, visions, and roadmaps for major initiatives, smaller experiences, or cross-functional product areas.
- Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, product positioning, enablement, evangelism, and go-to-market planning.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable product requirements, prioritized backlogs, and incremental product releases.
- Experience collaborating closely with software engineering and design teams on features, prioritization, defects, and delivery decisions.
- Strong business and technical acumen, with the ability to understand complex software environments and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to enable, inform, and communicate effectively across multiple functions and organizational levels.
- Strong customer empathy and curiosity, with the ability to facilitate discovery and translate user insights into meaningful product improvements.
- Experience working in agile product development environments and managing products through their complete lifecycle.
- Comfortable using data, market signals, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
- Familiarity and practical acumen with artificial intelligence tools and their potential applications within modern product development.
- Strategic, results-driven mindset with strong ownership, collaboration, communication, and continuous-learning skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Remote position available across the United States.
- Base salary range of $125,000–$150,000 USD per year, depending on relevant knowledge, skills, education, training, experience, geographic market, and internal and external competitiveness.
