You will serve as a key marketing partner for strategic alliances, developing joint go-to-market strategies that strengthen ecosystem relationships.
The position combines executive stakeholder engagement, commercial strategy, and hands-on marketing leadership.
You will collaborate across sales, product, alliances, and marketing teams to create scalable partnership programs.

As the Lead Strategic Partnership Marketing Manager, you will own the marketing strategy for key partnerships, ensuring alignment between business objectives, partner priorities, and measurable growth outcomes. You will build strong executive relationships, lead integrated go-to-market initiatives, and create scalable frameworks that maximize partner impact.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans with global partners, translating partnership objectives into actionable GTM strategies.
- Serve as the primary marketing partner for alliance leaders, supporting executive-level collaboration and strategic planning.
- Build joint business plans, commercialization strategies, marketplace initiatives, and partner ecosystem growth programs.
- Manage relationships with strategic partners, including global systems integrators and cloud ecosystem organizations.
- Represent marketing in executive reviews, steering committees, and strategic partnership discussions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, Alliances, Regional Marketing, and Product teams.
- Create measurement frameworks to track pipeline contribution, partner-sourced revenue, customer adoption, marketplace growth, and marketing ROI.
- Optimize partnership programs through data-driven insights, continuous improvement, and performance analysis.
- Establish scalable processes and best practices for managing strategic partner marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a commercially minded marketing professional with experience managing complex partnerships and driving measurable business outcomes. You should combine strategic thinking with strong execution skills and be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Proven experience in strategic partnership marketing, alliance marketing, or a similar senior marketing role.
- Experience working with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) such as Accenture, Deloitte, or PwC, and/or hyperscalers including AWS, Microsoft, or Google Cloud.
- Experience supporting strategic collaboration agreements, executive alliance programs, or similar high-impact partnerships.
- Strong understanding of joint business planning, partner ecosystems, marketplace strategies, and commercialization models.
- Demonstrated ability to influence VP and executive-level stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong commercial understanding of how partnerships contribute to revenue growth, pipeline acceleration, and customer acquisition.
- Experience developing and executing integrated go-to-market strategies from planning through optimization.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring marketing performance and business impact.
- Fully remote position within Canada.
