The Workday Reporting, Security & HRIS Analyst will be responsible for managing Workday reporting, security, configuration, and platform improvements while ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and alignment with business needs.
- Act as a Workday subject matter expert supporting Reporting, Security, and HRIS administration activities.
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, KPIs, and calculated fields to support business insights.
- Configure and manage Workday security components, including security groups, domain security, role-based access, and business process security.
- Support Core HCM configuration, system updates, data governance activities, testing, and release management.
- Analyze and resolve reporting, security, configuration, and data-related issues.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective Workday solutions.
- Support Workday enhancements, optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
- Participate in testing cycles, validation activities, and system change implementations.
- Ensure Workday processes follow security standards, governance practices, and organizational requirements.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Workday professional with strong expertise in reporting, security administration, HRIS operations, and enterprise system support.
- Active Workday certification required.
- 7+ years of hands-on Workday experience with strong expertise in Reporting and Security.
- Proven experience with Workday HCM, business processes, calculated fields, and integrations.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise HRIS environments.
- Strong understanding of Workday security configuration and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and identify effective solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
