This role is focused on proactively identifying and engaging top talent across global markets to support high-impact hiring needs. You will play a key role in building strong pipelines for senior and hard-to-fill roles by leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and talent intelligence. The position requires a mix of analytical thinking and creative outreach to attract both active and passive candidates. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and market dynamics. This is a fully remote opportunity within a fast-paced, international environment spanning multiple time zones and industries. You will contribute directly to scaling global hiring efforts across a diverse portfolio of roles and geographies. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, precision sourcing, and relationship-driven talent engagement.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end sourcing activities and building strong talent pipelines for critical roles. You will:
- Source and attract candidates for senior and hard-to-fill positions using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and professional communities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Identify and engage passive candidates through proactive outreach and personalized communication
- Conduct talent mapping and market research to support strategic hiring initiatives
- Use Boolean search, X-Ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques to identify relevant talent pools
- Create compelling, tailored outreach messages to improve engagement and response rates
- Continuously test and optimize sourcing strategies and candidate engagement approaches
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
This position requires strong sourcing expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in an international recruitment environment. You should have:
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition in an international context
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search, X-Ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques
- Experience using sourcing tools, platforms, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter or similar)
- Ability to conduct talent mapping and market research (strong advantage)
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft personalized outreach messages
- Ability to engage passive candidates and build long-term talent pipelines
- English proficiency at B1+ level or higher
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Curiosity, persistence, and a proactive approach to talent discovery
