Responsibilities:

• Support general vendor onboarding and manage onboarding efforts specific to janitorial service providers.

• Source, recruit, and develop relationships with qualified janitorial vendors to strengthen coverage in existing and emerging markets.

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Project Management teams to validate janitorial vendor coverage, capabilities, and margin opportunities across client locations.

• Assist in sourcing support for low-margin areas, new client locations, and challenging coverage markets.

• Leverage prior janitorial industry knowledge to identify vendors capable of supporting specific client scopes and service requirements.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for janitorial vendors regarding onboarding, portal access, training, and general support needs.

• Support vendor education and provide guidance around service expectations, operational processes, and client requirements.

• Help monitor vendor compliance and support vendor relations processes to ensure vendors maintain active and compliant status.

• Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination, issue resolution, and successful vendor engagement.

• Support reactive sourcing requests and urgent janitorial coverage needs as they arise.

• Collect and review RFI forms and supporting documentation to validate vendor qualifications and alignment with company standards.

• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.

• Prior experience in janitorial services, facilities management, commercial cleaning, or a related industry strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of janitorial scopes of work, service expectations, and vendor capabilities.

• Experience sourcing, onboarding, or managing service providers preferred.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn internal systems and vendor management platforms.
