The Associate Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of complex technical projects by helping teams stay aligned, organized, and focused on successful client outcomes.
- Support project planning, coordination, and execution across software, hardware, design, and data engineering teams.
- Maintain project schedules, documentation, deliverable trackers, and visibility reports to ensure accurate progress monitoring.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and clients, ensuring stakeholders have timely updates and relevant context.
- Track project dependencies, risks, blockers, and scope changes while escalating issues proactively.
- Participate in client meetings, internal planning sessions, sprint ceremonies, and retrospectives.
- Support agile delivery practices and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Partner with senior project leaders to strengthen delivery frameworks and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist with proposal preparation, project planning activities, and future engagement readiness.
- Help create clarity and structure within fast-paced, technical environments.
- Build trusted client relationships through responsiveness, organization, and consistent follow-through.
The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive professional with an interest in technology, project management, and client-focused delivery. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across diverse technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in a technical, engineering, or project coordination environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments with changing priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong interest in learning technical concepts and communicating complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with modern engineering workflows, Agile methodologies, cloud services, or software development processes.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Notion, collaboration platforms, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and modern AI-based productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a remote team environment.
- Valid U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Competitive base salary of approximately $72,500 USD annually, based on experience.
- Variable compensation opportunity of up to 5%.
