This role is a strategic opportunity to build and scale go-to-market enablement capabilities within a fast-growing AI-focused environment.
You will partner with sales, product, marketing, and revenue operations teams to improve seller effectiveness and create scalable enablement programs.
The position will focus on strengthening sales processes, accelerating onboarding, and increasing productivity across complex enterprise sales cycles.
You will design frameworks, training programs, and resources that help teams communicate value more effectively and execute with confidence.
As a foundational member of the organization, you will have significant ownership in shaping GTM operations and driving measurable business impact.

The Head of Go To Market Enablement will own the development and execution of enablement strategies that improve sales performance, operational consistency, and market readiness. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role will create scalable programs, optimize sales processes, and equip teams with the tools needed to succeed in complex AI-driven sales environments.
- Build and enhance sales processes, qualification frameworks, and enablement methodologies to support business growth.
- Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires, including live training sessions and continuous skills development initiatives.
- Lead product, market, and competitive enablement efforts to ensure sales teams understand positioning, differentiation, and customer value.
- Develop programs focused on discovery, qualification, business value selling, and enterprise sales execution.
- Create and maintain GTM resources, including playbooks, battlecards, messaging frameworks, and launch materials.
- Identify productivity challenges and implement initiatives that improve ramp time, sales execution, and team effectiveness.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps teams to improve field readiness and support successful product launches.
- Establish best practices and scalable enablement systems as the organization continues to grow.
The ideal candidate is an experienced go-to-market enablement professional with a strong understanding of enterprise sales, SaaS products, and scalable sales operations. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, building processes from the ground up, and collaborating with technical and business teams.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Enterprise SaaS Sales, Product Marketing, or related GTM roles.
- Proven experience supporting technical, complex, or enterprise software products.
- Experience creating and scaling onboarding, training, or enablement programs from inception.
- Strong knowledge of qualification methodologies, discovery processes, business value selling, and enterprise sales execution.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Force Management, or Command of the Message is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to improve sales productivity, execution quality, and qualification rigor across GTM teams.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing startup environment with high ownership and autonomy.
- Competitive base compensation range of $165,600 - $206,900 USD.
