- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, corporate engineering, or end-user computing environments with ownership of enterprise SaaS platforms.
- 3+ years of people management experience leading technical IT or platform engineering teams.
- Hands-on expertise with core enterprise tools such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira.
- Strong experience managing endpoint environments using Jamf (macOS) and Microsoft Intune (Windows), including provisioning and compliance.
- Proficiency in automation and scripting (Python and/or PowerShell), APIs, and infrastructure/configuration-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform).
- Experience designing and implementing identity lifecycle management, role-based access controls, and zero-touch provisioning systems.
- Strong background in IT operations, including incident/change management, SLO/SLAs, and service reliability practices.
- Ability to partner effectively with Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders to balance usability and control.
- Experience managing SaaS vendor relationships, budgets, and licensing optimization is highly valued.
