Description:

We are seeking a Full-time Office Assistant for a busy Healthcare agency in Moorpark. We are a fast-paced, friendly, and family-oriented office.

This role is responsible for care coordinator, scheduling and administrative support. We are looking for someone that is a problem solver and has a positive attitude. The ideal candidate should be comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone with care providers and clients while managing schedules, documenting information, and completing administrative tasks using multiple computer systems.

Work hours are in-person, Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure quality care standards are maintained
  • Maintain client and care provider schedules to ensure continuity of care and alignment with client needs
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts, emergencies, and call-outs as they arise
  • Review care logs for completeness and accuracy and finalize hours daily for payroll processing
  • Maintain positive relationships with care providers and clients and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Communicate with the office team regarding scheduling updates, care provider availability, and reported issues
  • Assist in improving care coordination and operational procedures when needed
Requirements:

Qualifications Needed:

  • Education or previous experience in business administration, office management, or healthcare administration preferred
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn scheduling and documentation systems
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass Live Scan fingerprint clearance
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have a valid California Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
