The Role:

As a Clinical Product Informatics Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the clinical data and informatics capabilities that power the Free Market Health platform.

This role sits at the intersection of healthcare, clinical data, product strategy, and technology. You'll help ensure the accuracy, quality, and scalability of critical clinical product data assets, including drug information, therapeutic classifications, and clinical product attributes. You'll also partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Clinical, and Operations teams to support new product capabilities and improve the way clinical data is leveraged across the platform.

What You’ll Do:

Clinical Data & Informatics

Maintain and manage clinical product data, including drug lists, therapeutic classifications, and product attributes.Perform data validation, quality assurance, and ongoing maintenance activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Investigate and resolve clinical data discrepancies across systems and workflows.Monitor updates from external healthcare data sources and implement changes as needed.Product & Platform SupportPartner with Product and Engineering teams to support platform enhancements and new product initiatives.Translate clinical and pharmacy-related data requirements into actionable business and technical requirements.Support testing, validation, and implementation efforts for product features involving clinical data.Help identify opportunities to improve automation, scalability, and efficiency within clinical data processes.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Clinical, and Operations teams to support business and platform needs.Contribute to the development of clinical data standards, governance processes, and documentation.Support strategic initiatives that help advance Clinical Product Strategy and platform growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Pharmacy, Nursing, Information Science, Health Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare data management, healthcare technology, pharmacy operations, or a related field.Experience working with healthcare or pharmacy data in a structured environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data quality.Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to haves:

Experience working with specialty pharmacy, managed care, or healthcare technology organizations.Active Pharmacist License in good standingFamiliarity with healthcare data sources and terminologies such as Medi-Span, First Databank, RxNorm, HCPCS, and ICD-10.Experience using SQL for data analysis and validation.Experience supporting product development or technology-focused initiatives.Knowledge of clinical data governance and data quality best practices.
