Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Unarmed Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment at a client site in Charlotte, NC. The officer will play a key role in maintaining order, supporting staff, and ensuring a secure and calm environment for clients, visitors, and personnel.
Schedule: 11:30 pm - 7:30 am, Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor client property and observe client activities to maintain a safe environment
- Monitor individuals admitted to client site and stay attentive and responsive to surroundings at all times
- Perform routine patrols
- Observe and report suspicious behavior or activities that may impact safety or operations
- Respond appropriately to altercations or other incidents
- Obtain statements, document incidents, and complete detailed reports accurately and professionally
- Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate sound judgment and reliability
- Ability to work assigned schedule and assist with additional shifts if needed
Qualifications:
- Prior security experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Must remain alert and proactive during overnight hours
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to pass all background checks
- Reliable transportation
