As Field Marketing Insights & Operations Manager, you will build the operational foundation that enables high-impact field marketing programs to scale.

You will also use insights and performance data to improve attribution, reporting, resource allocation, and decision-making.
This is an opportunity to shape how a growing field marketing organization operates while developing people, systems, and programs for long-term scale.

Accountabilities
  • Own the operational infrastructure supporting the field marketing organization, translating strategic priorities into scalable and repeatable execution.
  • Plan, coordinate, and optimize complex field marketing programs across events, partnerships, sponsorships, hospitality, experiential marketing, regional initiatives, and account-based marketing.
  • Manage cross-functional programs end-to-end, from initial planning and resource coordination through execution, measurement, and post-program retrospectives.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and develop processes, systems, and workflows that improve execution quality, team productivity, and scalability.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to strengthen attribution models, customer acquisition cost reporting, program measurement, and performance analysis.
  • Establish and improve reporting frameworks that provide clear insights into field marketing performance, investment effectiveness, and growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring tools are effectively integrated and enable teams to work more efficiently.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, and leadership teams to align priorities, improve communication, and ensure programs support broader revenue objectives.
  • Manage and develop team members, providing coaching, guidance, and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Promote strong operational thinking across the organization by sharing best practices, improving processes, and raising execution standards.
  • Continuously assess programs and investments to prioritize high-impact markets, opportunities, and initiatives.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in field marketing, event operations, program management, marketing operations, or a similar role within a B2B or revenue-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of field marketing disciplines, including events, partnerships, sponsorships, hospitality, experiential marketing, regional marketing, and account-based marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience personally building and executing field marketing programs before moving into an operational or leadership-focused role.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy and planning through execution, measurement, and retrospective analysis.
  • Strong operational mindset with a track record of identifying inefficiencies, designing scalable solutions, and continuously improving processes.
  • Solid analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to partner with Revenue Operations on attribution, CAC reporting, program performance, and related metrics.
  • Experience managing, evaluating, or optimizing marketing technology platforms and workflows.
  • 1–2 years of people management experience, with a demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build credibility and strong working relationships across sales, marketing, IT, operations, and executive leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • A coaching-oriented leadership style and a genuine interest in improving both individual and organizational performance.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary: $110,000–$130,000.
  • Equity opportunities, allowing employees to share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
  • Premium medical, dental, and vision coverage, with options for employees and families and full employer-paid premiums available on some plans.
  • Flexible paid time off designed to support work-life balance.
  • 401(k) benefits to help support long-term financial planning.
  • Wellness and mental health benefits for employees and their families.
  • Remote work within the United States.
  • Home office setup to support a productive remote working environment.
  • Monthly internet and phone stipend to help offset work-related expenses.
  • Opportunity to work in a technology-driven, rapidly growing environment with significant room for professional and organizational impact.
