This is a senior-level opportunity for a paid media expert to lead strategy and performance across a portfolio of client accounts.
You will own paid media programs from kickoff and planning through execution, testing, optimization, reporting, and growth.

This fully remote role is ideal for an experienced agency professional who thrives on ownership, experimentation, and continuous growth.

Accountabilities

  • Develop, implement, audit, test, and optimize paid media campaigns aligned with client KPIs, business objectives, and marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across major Search and Social platforms, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Explore and pilot emerging paid media channels, tools, and unconventional approaches to identify new opportunities for client growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative and Analytics teams to develop effective creative strategies, measure performance, manage tagging, and strengthen campaign outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with SEO and other digital marketing specialists to create integrated strategies for clients receiving multiple services.
  • Produce, analyze, and present insightful paid media performance reports directly to clients, turning campaign data into actionable recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary paid media point of contact for assigned clients, leading biweekly and ad hoc meetings while building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Manage client expectations, communicate project timelines accurately, and proactively address changes, risks, and delivery requirements.
  • Contribute to client retention and account growth through strong communication, strategic storytelling, presentations, and relationship management.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of each client's industry, target audience, competitive landscape, goals, and relevant media trends.
  • Support sales enablement by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and contributing to sales pitches, client onboarding, and campaign kickoffs.
  • Delegate appropriate tasks to junior team members, review their work for quality, and ensure consistently high-quality client deliverables.
  • Mentor and, where applicable, directly manage 1–2 Paid Media team members, supporting their professional development and performance.
  • Contribute to media product development, process improvements, best-practice development, industry knowledge sharing, and broader departmental initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience managing both Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, with strong expertise across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Previous agency experience is required, with at least 3 years of meaningful client-facing experience serving as a primary point of contact.
  • Proven ability to lead paid media strategy and take ownership of account performance and client outcomes.
  • Strong testing and experimentation mindset, with an appetite for innovation and exploring new media channels and approaches.
  • Experience collaborating with Creative teams, contributing to creative briefs, and using paid social insights to improve performance creative.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and Google Sheets and/or Excel.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Supermetrics is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to translate performance data into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in client-facing settings.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Genuine curiosity and strong research skills, with the motivation to stay current on industry developments, platform changes, and emerging best practices.
  • Receptiveness to constructive feedback and a demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor teammates and contribute positively to a collaborative remote culture.
Benefits
  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO).
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Fully remote work environment for employees across the continental United States.
  • Flexible, collaborative, and inclusive remote culture with virtual team events.
  • Company-paid ClassPass membership.
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • Summer Fridays.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
  • Opportunities for professional growth through mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and participation in internal initiatives.
  • Supportive culture emphasizing collaboration, continuous learning, empathy, and personal and professional development.
