We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and organized Dishwasher to support the daily operations of a high-volume, high-end steakhouse located in Midtown Manhattan. The ideal candidate works with urgency, maintains exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards, and takes pride in keeping the kitchen organized and operating efficiently.

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain adequate supplies of clean plates, cookware, utensils, and equipment during high-volume service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station throughout the shift.
• Ensure clean cookware, equipment, and service items are returned promptly to the appropriate areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and clean BOH areas according to established cleaning schedules.
• Remove garbage, recycling, cardboard, and food waste throughout the shift and dispose of materials properly.
• Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and sanitation products.
• Follow NYC Department of Health requirements and restaurant sanitation and food-safety procedures.
• Assist with maintaining organization and cleanliness of walk-ins, dry storage, and other BOH areas.
• Follow direction and contribute to a professional, respectful kitchen culture
