JOIN THE C&C PRODUCE DRIVER TEAMC&C Produce has been serving customers throughout the Midwest since 1992. We're looking for experienced Regional Delivery Drivers who take pride in safe driving, dependable service, and getting the job done right.
Our Regional Drivers operate 26' box trucks and deliver fresh produce and food products to customers throughout the Midwest. This is a hands-on delivery position with consistent hours, strong earning potential, and opportunities to grow your driving career.

Routes, start times, and schedules may vary based on customer and business needs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Safely operate a 26' box truck throughout assigned regional routes.
- Deliver fresh produce and food products accurately and on schedule.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service at every stop.
- Load and unload products and properly secure cargo.
- Use a two-wheel dolly for deliveries at locations without loading docks.
- Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Report vehicle maintenance, mechanical, and safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, receipts, logs, and required documentation.
- Follow all company safety policies and applicable DOT, federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain a safe and acceptable driving record.

| Air Brakes | Endorsement preferred |
| Physical | Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. |
| Pre-Employment | Background check & drug screen required |
| Physical Testing | Job-demands testing required |
Drivers must have strong driving, safety, time-management, communication, and customer-service skills and be comfortable working in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
