We are hiring remote driver recruiters to screen, and place Class A drivers with verified carriers nationwide.

This is a phone job. You talk to drivers all day — apply, screen, match home time and pay. If you have filled CDL-A seats before, you already know the work.

What you'll do

• Run outbound: call, text, and follow up until you reach the driver
• Screen CDL, experience, location, home-time preference, and start date
• Match drivers to open seats (local, dedicated, regional, OTR)
• Keep the CRM current — every lead gets a next step
• Coordinate orientation / next-step handoff with the carrier

What you need

• Comfortable on the phone. High-volume calling is the job.
• CRM experience (any CRM — we’ll tell you which one we use)
• Quiet remote workspace, headset, and stable internet
• Able to work hours when drivers actually answer (late afternoon/evening)
• Authorized to work in the United States

1099: Commission per booked/started driver. Pay starts at $800-$1500 per driver hired and dispatched. Why this seat
