The Charles Baum State Farm Agency, located in Silver Spring, MDhas an immediate opening for a full-time Bilingual Receptionist & Vietnamese Interpreter. Must be fluent in both English and Vietnamese. We need someone to help translate for our Vietnamese clientele, assist with phone inquiries and administrative filing.

Responsibilities

Performs administrative and office support activities. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, and filing. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are a plus. Other activities could include:

• File paperwork
• Appointment Scheduling
• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls to customers and potential clients
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Mail billings
• Dispense brochures
• Update policyholder's contact information such as phone number and email address
• Print and fax proof of insurance or send proof of insurance to the customer
• Provides excellent customer service
