Are you a people-first HR professional who thrives on finding great talent and building strong employee relationships? We’re looking for an HR Generalist who brings energy, creativity, and strong communication skills to support our growing workforce through full-cycle recruiting and local employee relations support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing the fast pace of recruiting with meaningful employee interaction and partnership at the local level.


What You’ll DoTalent Acquisition & Recruiting (Approximately 75%)
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across the organization
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
  • Maintain a positive and engaging candidate experience from application through onboarding
  • Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate applicant tracking system records
  • Participate in job fairs, community outreach, and networking events to build talent pipelines
  • Support employer branding and recruiting marketing initiatives
Employee Relations & HR Support (Approximately 25%)
  • Serve as a local HR resource for employees and managers
  • Assist with employee relations matters, coaching conversations, and workplace concerns
  • Support onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Help ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures
  • Partner with leadership on employee communication and culture initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive matters
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with employees, candidates, and leadership
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms preferred
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
