**Hiring Full-Time Leasing Consultant**
As aMonarch Leasing Consultantyou are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. For you its not just a job, its a career and you understand that for our residents its not just an apartment, its their home. PAY: $16.00 to $18.00 /HR + Up to $100 commission per rental!
Location: South Bend, IN

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pm with some Saturdays 10am to 4pm required!

- $16.00 to $18.00 an hour
- Eligible for Monarch's Commission Structure / up to$100 per new move-in you secure

- Under $50.00 /Month medical insurance through Blue Cross for employees

What You Will be Doing:
- Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
- Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
- Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
- Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
What You Need to Have:
- Strong computer skills
- 6 months' experience in multifamily or custom service field
- Skilled problem solving
- Excellent communication skills
- An unmatched dedication to customer service
- The drive to learn and get better everyday
