- Drive partner engagement through joint marketing initiatives, webinars, conferences, and other collaborative events.
- Support account executives and relationship managers in resolving conflicts and addressing issues between internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain joint go-to-market and product strategies for integrated and referral partners.
- Establish mutual agreement with partners around success metrics, processes, responsibilities, and timelines.

- Lead strategic alignment across Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and other relevant functions.
- Create clarity around rules of engagement and ensure partner teams are equipped to communicate and deliver a compelling joint value proposition.
- Track partner health, campaign performance, pipeline development, conversion rates, and enablement ROI, using data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide actionable partner and market feedback to inform product development, messaging, processes, and commercial strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators, including partner milestones, sales-qualified opportunity pipeline, closed-won revenue, sales-cycle timelines, conversion rates, and partner satisfaction.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with partners and proactively guide stakeholders toward successful outcomes.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, account management, or channel leadership, preferably within payments, FinTech, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of partner incentive structures, go-to-market planning, channel programs, and long-cycle relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to translate commercial and technical concepts for diverse audiences and align technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong sales enablement and partner management capabilities, with experience turning strategic initiatives into operational execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and influence senior decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to identifying root causes and opportunities.
- Highly proactive, structured, decisive, and accountable, with strong follow-through and a willingness to take ownership.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and coordinate multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to build win-win partnerships and resolve complex stakeholder conflicts.
- Customer- and partner-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and identify problems before they affect relationships.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to step in wherever needed to help achieve shared goals.
- Adaptable, resilient, curious, and comfortable working in an environment that values continuous improvement and thoughtful decision-making.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; candidates requiring visa sponsorship or work authorization outside the United States are not eligible.
- A “no task too small” mindset and genuine enthusiasm for building and improving new programs and processes.

- Close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Opportunity to work with strategic partners and support solutions used by major enterprise organizations.
- Environment focused on customer and partner success, collaboration, innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement.
- Opportunities to contribute to the development of new partnership programs, processes, and commercial strategies.
