An rare an exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Front of House Supervisor for a part time, approx 20+ hours per week. Reporting directly to the Front of House Manager, you will play an integral role within our dynamic and expanding team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy bar bistro environment, leads by example, and delivers outstanding customer service under pressure. As Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily FOH operations across the bar, bistro, and cashier areas, ensuring smooth service during high‑volume trade. You will support and lead the FOH team, maintain service standards, and deliver an exceptional experience for every guest.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys fast‑paced service and is confident managing multiple service points at once.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day FOH operations across bistro, cashier and bar

• Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff during busy service periods

• Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service at all times

• Handle high customer volumes while maintaining quality and efficiency

• Manage customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally

• Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and end‑of‑shift procedures

About You

• Proven experience in a front of house supervisory role (bar/bistro preferred)

• Strong background working in high‑volume, fast‑paced venues

• Confident across bar service, customer service, and cashier/POS systems

• Highly customer‑focused with excellent communication skills

• Able to stay calm, organised, and positive under pressure

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a team

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays

• Valid RSA (required)
