Sage Rental Services is seeking a dependable, safety-minded Yard Technician to join our Oklahoma City team.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working around equipment, staying active, and being part of a team. As a Yard Technician, you'll help keep our rental fleet organized, inspected, maintained, and ready to serve our customers.

We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude. Previous equipment or rental experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person who is motivated to learn and grow with Sage.

• Receive, inspect, and document equipment entering and leaving the yard.
• Prepare pumps, hoses, piping, and related equipment for upcoming rentals and field projects.
• Load and unload equipment and attachments from company and customer vehicles.
• Inspect returned equipment for damage, maintenance needs, and overall condition.
• Perform routine equipment inspections, cleaning, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Help ensure equipment is clean, operational, and ready for its next assignment.
• Maintain accurate equipment and inventory records in company systems.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Organize the rental fleet and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly yard.
• Assist customers with equipment pickup and return as needed.
• Demonstrate the safe and proper use of equipment when appropriate.
• Support field, shop, and branch operations based on changing business needs.
• Follow all company safety procedures and applicable environmental requirements.

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of tools, machinery, or equipment.
• Ability to recognize equipment issues and communicate maintenance or repair needs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to keeping accurate records.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and other equipment required for the position.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening, including a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift and carry more than 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
• Ability to work overtime and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation when operational needs require.
• Commitment to following SAGE safety policies, procedures, and environmental standards.
