Job Description

Venture Growth Operator
Business Scaling & Venture Development

ENVITA | Full-Time | On-Site | Scottsdale, Arizona

Help Build, Scale, and Optimize the Future of Entrepreneurial Healthcare Ventures

At ENVITA, we are not simply hiring an operator. We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial business builder capable of helping launch, optimize, scale, and operationalize emerging business initiatives across healthcare, telemedicine, growth operations, patient acquisition, and venture development.

This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving growth environments, enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, and wants direct exposure to business-building, operational scaling, strategic growth initiatives, and executive-level decision-making.

Unlike traditional operations leadership roles focused on maintaining existing systems, this position is centered around building infrastructure, improving operational performance, optimizing conversion systems, supporting acquisitions and growth initiatives, and helping transition emerging ventures into scalable operational businesses.

Why Leaders Choose ENVITA
  • Opportunity to help build, scale, and launch multiple business verticals rather than being confined to a single operational function
  • Direct exposure to high-level business development, venture growth strategy, acquisitions, and operational scaling
  • Ability to work closely with executive leadership on growth initiatives and business expansion opportunities
  • Operate as a true business builder helping establish, optimize, and scale emerging ventures
  • Exposure to operations, marketing, patient acquisition, staffing, workflow design, conversion optimization, and business growth systems
  • Highly entrepreneurial environment designed for leaders who enjoy solving problems, creating structure, and driving measurable growth
  • Strong ownership, autonomy, and leadership opportunities for individuals capable of independently driving initiatives
  • Mission-driven culture focused on meaningful patient outcomes, innovation, and long-term organizational growth
  • Long-term growth opportunities tied directly to organizational expansion and future business-building opportunities
What Success Looks Like

This is a Performance-Based Hiring role. Success will be measured by your ability to drive operational execution, growth, scalability, accountability, and measurable business outcomes.

  • Establish operational leadership across the Telemedicine Division within the first 30 days by completing workflow assessments, staffing evaluations, KPI mapping, and operational gap analysis
  • Fully staff and optimize the Telemedicine Division within the first 90 days to support scalable patient onboarding and operational growth
  • Map and optimize the full patient conversion workflow within the first 30 days including lead intake, phone team handoffs, onboarding, retention, and follow-up systems
  • Establish weekly operational and conversion review meetings with patient phone teams within the first 30 days
  • Achieve onboarding targets of 40 qualified patients per month into the telemedicine program within the first 6 months while maintaining strong patient experience standards
  • Develop and launch at least one patient acquisition marketing campaign and lead funnel within the first 60 days
  • Implement KPI dashboards measuring conversion ratios, onboarding metrics, funnel performance, retention, operational throughput, and growth indicators
  • Develop and operationalize two additional telemedicine program funnels within the first 90 days
Key Responsibilities
  • Help launch and scale new business verticals from concept through operational execution
  • Assist with operational optimization and growth of acquired businesses
  • Develop staffing structures, workflows, KPIs, and scalable operational systems
  • Support telemedicine, laboratory, and healthcare-related operational initiatives
  • Build and optimize patient conversion workflows and growth processes
  • Collaborate with marketing, leadership, phone teams, and operational stakeholders to improve business outcomes
  • Develop and support lead funnels, patient acquisition systems, and business growth initiatives
  • Build operational dashboards and reporting systems to measure business performance
  • Drive accountability, execution discipline, and operational efficiency across initiatives
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions that support growth
Ideal Background
  • Experience building, scaling, optimizing, or operationalizing businesses, divisions, or growth systems
  • Strong operational leadership and problem-solving capabilities
  • Comfortable operating within fast-moving and highly entrepreneurial environments
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Experience with marketing, staffing, growth systems, operational optimization, or customer conversion processes preferred
  • High learning agility and adaptability
  • Ownership mentality with the ability to independently drive initiatives and solve problems
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operations, marketing, growth, and leadership teams preferred
Who Thrives in This Role

This role is best suited for entrepreneurial operators, venture builders, business optimizers, and growth-minded leaders who enjoy creating structure, solving problems, building systems, driving accountability, and helping scale rapidly evolving organizations.

Candidates who prefer rigid structure, narrow functional ownership, or highly bureaucratic environments will likely not thrive in this position.

ENVITA Culture & Leadership Expectations
  • Ownership mentality and accountability
  • Execution-focused leadership
  • Continuous improvement and learning agility
  • High adaptability in evolving growth environments
  • Strong collaboration and communication
  • Mission-driven patient and organizational impact
  • Bias toward action, innovation, and measurable outcomes

If you are energized by building businesses, scaling operations, solving complex growth challenges, and creating meaningful impact within a highly entrepreneurial healthcare environment, we encourage you to apply.
