Shift: 1st | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Position Overview
We are currently hiring an Electrical Assembler for a leading manufacturer in Candler, NC. This role is responsible for wiring and installing electrical systems for air handling (HVAC) units, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and wire electrical panels according to blueprints and specifications
• Install conduit and pull wiring for lighting and motor power circuits
• Install electrical components including disconnects, VFDs, and control devices
• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams to complete assemblies accurately
• Use measuring tools and perform basic calculations (fractions, decimals) to ensure precision
• Operate air and electric hand tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards and compliance are met
• Work independently while meeting production goals and deadlines
• Collaborating with team members to support workflow and production needs
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and ETL/NEC standards
Qualifications
• Previous experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift, carry, and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Comfortable working at heights as needed
