Some of our requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 5+ years of strong human resources generalist experience
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Professional in Human Resources certification is preferred
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong communication and analytical skills with an ability to converse, read & write in English
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced business climate
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to use computers for business applications
