This role sits at the intersection of client success and digital execution, ensuring marketing campaigns are delivered smoothly, on time, and with measurable impact. You will act as the main point of coordination between clients and internal marketing teams, helping translate business goals into actionable digital strategies. The position involves managing multiple campaigns simultaneously across SEO, paid media, email marketing, and social channels. You will oversee timelines, approvals, and deliverables while ensuring high-quality execution across all touchpoints. Strong communication and organization skills are essential, as you will be responsible for maintaining clear alignment between stakeholders. This is a fast-paced, client-facing environment where attention to detail directly influences campaign performance and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end coordination of digital marketing activities, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and strong client relationships. You will serve as the central point of contact between clients and internal teams, guaranteeing alignment, efficiency, and performance tracking.
- Manage client onboarding, communication, and recurring meetings
- Coordinate and track marketing tasks to ensure timely delivery across all campaigns
- Oversee execution of SEO, paid ads, email marketing, listings, and social media initiatives
- Develop content calendars, campaign copy, and coordinate with design and advertising teams
- Ensure all campaign approvals are obtained before launch and publishing
- Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations
- Monitor campaign progress and ensure consistency across all deliverables
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal execution teams
This position requires experience in marketing coordination or account management, with strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing account management or client services
- Solid understanding of SEO, paid ads, email marketing, and social media strategies
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Zoho Projects
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Fluent in Spanish and English (LATAM-based candidates)
- Remote work (Monday to Friday)
