About the role
We’re looking for a Content and Communications Manager to take the lead in shaping how IFGlobal communicates with its customers, prospects and wider industry. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering engaging, commercially focused content that strengthens our brand, supports sales and marketing activity, and brings our products, services and expertise to life. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll turn ideas and complex information into clear, compelling communications while managing and developing our Social Media and Content Coordinator to build a consistent and effective content function.
What you'll do
- Lead the planning and delivery of IFGlobal’s content and communications strategy across multiple channels.
- Create engaging content, including website copy, articles, case studies, sales materials and social media.
- Support product and service launches through effective messaging, campaigns and promotional activity.
- Work with internal teams and subject-matter experts to develop content that supports commercial objectives.
- Coordinate webinars, events, PR opportunities and other external communications activity.
- Manage and develop the Social Media and Content Coordinator, overseeing priorities, quality and delivery.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in content marketing, communications, B2B marketing or a similar role.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to make complex topics clear and engaging.
- A strong understanding of how content supports sales, marketing and wider business objectives.
- Experience with SEO, AEO, website content and CRM or marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
- Excellent organisation, project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive and commercially minded individual with experience of managing others or the confidence and ambition to take that next step.

- Pay £35,000-£45,000 (DOE)
