Team Leader - Remote - UK ONLY in Croydon, England at LineIn

When a patient calls their GP, the first person they speak to matters. You'll make sure that person is great at their job.

LineIn answers the phones for 91 NHS GP practices across the UK. We're looking for a Team Leader to join our management team, leading, coaching and developing our Patient Services Coordinators so every patient gets a safe, accurate and friendly service.

You'll know your team well. You'll listen to their calls, give feedback that is honest and useful, run probation reviews on time, and deal with attendance and performance fairly and early. As part of the management team, you'll help shape how we recruit, develop and look after our people. You'll use data and Google Workspace every day, and you'll never miss a deadline.

You'll need proven people-management experience as a team leader, supervisor or manager with a real eye for detail. Understanding of either UK and / or South African employment law would be advantageous. Experience in the NHS, healthcare or quality assurance is preferred but not essential.

THE DETAILS

Where: Remote, UK Only

Hours: 7.5 hours a day, Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 08:00 and 20:00 UK time

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Your home set-up: Windows 11 PC (not a Mac), two screens. A reliable, high speed fibre internet and a secondary solution for internet shortages is essential. Salary: Based on experience
