CPLC Corazón is a client-centered, multicultural center with bilingual staff offering a variety of treatment modalities. We have been providing Substance Abuse treatment through our CARF Accredited Level II Residential Treatment Center since 1983. The 30- to 60-day structured treatment program incorporates best practices targeted to the clients enrolled in the program.

Location: 3639 W. Lincoln St, Phoenix

Schedule: Mainly Mon-Fri with needed flexibility between the hours of 6 am and 9 pm. On call coverage as needed.

Pay: $81,000-$99,000 Exempt DOE

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?

  • You will plan, organize, and provide oversight to LPN nursing staff.
  • You will coordinate clinical quality improvement and management, access to care, transfer, triage, nursing assessments, timely documentation, and direct service functions.
  • You will ensure that state licensing regulations ADHS and accreditation of CARF standards are being followed.
  • You will work as a member of the leadership team, performs direct services as assigned.
  • You will serve as community liaison and Corazon representative when assigned. Reports to and is supervised directly by the Chief Medical Officer, with administrative support and collaboration with Program Director.​

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT LEAD REGISTERED NURSE?

  • You are a registered RN, possessing clinical expertise, crisis response and de-escalation skills. (BONUS points for Spanish/English bilingual skills!)
  • You are committed to working with this population - justice-impacted men, ages 18 and older.
  • You enjoy working with all people from all kinds of backgrounds. You have empathy and integrity in all your interactions with clients, teammates, leadership and community partners. You are highly collaborative, team-oriented and proactive.
  • You are adaptable and resourceful and enjoy working in a highly active environment that can evolve quickly.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

Education/Background​

  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing
  • Have a current license by the Arizona State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • At least 2 years of Nursing experience preferred
  • Behavioral Health experience preferred
