Recovia, LLC, is seeking a FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER FNP for our Outpatient Behavioral Health / Complex Pain / Substance Abuse Clinic at our Midtown Phoenix Clinic at: 337 E Coronado Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85004.

Recovia, LLC provides a true integrative program with Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants, Clinical Psychologists, Social Workers, Counselors, and Physical Therapists all working together under the same roof to treat patients.
