Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Customer Service Specialist to support customers and internal teams while ensuring a seamless client experience. This individual will manage customer inquiries, assist with onboarding and account support, and help identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional support
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account, technical, and platform-related questions
• Support new customer onboarding, account setup, updates, and training resources
• Manage scheduled check-ins, surveys, and follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor account activity and identify trends or potential issues that may impact the customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer and account information
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer engagement and retention
• Provide clear, accurate solutions while delivering a high level of customer service

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Previous experience in customer service, digital support, or a related role
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
