- Experience leading U.S. pharmaceutical marketing, digital, omnichannel, content, commercial operations, or transformation initiatives is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of AI-powered search, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), content structure, and digital discoverability.
- Experience working directly with digital, search, marketing technology, or analytics platforms and translating platform findings into clear marketing and business actions.
- Strong understanding of how emerging digital capabilities can be incorporated into brand planning, content development, customer engagement, and launch workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders across multiple brands and functions within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience managing agencies, technology vendors, and strategic partners, including the ability to establish expectations, monitor delivery, resolve issues, and drive change.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect data and insights to practical business decisions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives through completion.
- A results-oriented, collaborative approach and the ability to operate effectively in a rapidly evolving digital and AI environment.
- Annual U.S. base salary range of $143,589.65–$194,268.35 USD, with actual compensation determined by relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and other factors.
