As the Maintenance - General Engineer …

You will work with our friendly Engineering Team members to ensure he maintenance of the physical building, engineering systems, and grounds meet the standard of excellence expected by Noble House Hotels and Resorts and our guests.

As a Maintenance Engineer, we are seeking a team member that,

• ensures that the building is maintained consistent with a standard that invites our guests to stay awhile at the Inn on Fifth
• respond to guest requests, including maintenance emergencies, such as clogged toilets, drywall repair, electrical, plumbing in a timely manner and consistent with the hotel's standard operating procedure.
• diagnose problems using meters, gauges, and other measuring units.
• ensure that the curb appeal of the grounds and buildings are maintained, and all debris is removed by completion of daily walk throughs and inspections.
• ensure all safety and security protocols are followed and any deficiencies are reported to management.

• Three years of experience in facilities maintenance engineering, preferably in hospitality or property management.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and nights.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to squat and bend, reach above and kneel.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance, up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
