Job Title: Post Closer – Investor Audit & Condition Clearance

About the Role

This role supports the resolution of post-purchase conditions by working with investors conditions to get loans purchased.

The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of the mortgage process and be comfortable handling loan documents, timelines, and follow-ups with both internal departments and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Review investor audit findings and help gather required documents to clear post-purchase conditions.
• Work with internal teams such as underwriting, funding, and compliance to obtain necessary documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date tracking of loan conditions and ensure timely follow-up to avoid delays.
• Communicate with investors and respond to document requests in a professional and timely manner.

Basic Qualifications

• Familiarity with standard mortgage documents such as the Note, Closing Disclosure, and Title documents.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files at once.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and stay on top of timelines.
• Have knowledge of the entire mortgage process

Preferred but Not Required

• Experience with Encompass
• Understanding of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or government loan programs (FHA, VA, USDA).
