In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing a scalable sales strategy while leading teams, optimizing processes, and improving revenue performance through technology-enabled solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Architecting the overall sales strategy by balancing human expertise, automation, and AI-driven capabilities to maximize funnel efficiency and business outcomes.
- Designing operational frameworks that define how sales activities are supported by teams, systems, and automated solutions.
- Analyzing sales funnels, performance data, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and revenue growth.
- Implementing feedback systems and performance frameworks that provide actionable insights to sales representatives and leaders.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing sales managers and supervisors to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Managing large-scale sales operations while establishing KPIs, performance standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives, budgets, and growth plans.
- Driving adoption of modern sales technologies, CRM platforms, automation tools, and data analytics solutions.
- Building a culture of accountability, curiosity, resilience, and continuous learning across the sales organization.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience leading high-growth sales organizations, with a strong understanding of revenue operations, technology-enabled sales strategies, and team development. Required qualifications include:
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, revenue operations, go-to-market strategy, or related commercial leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing large sales teams of 50+ employees and developing high-performing leaders.
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced SaaS or technology-driven sales environments with short and complex sales cycles.
- Strong ability to design scalable sales processes, operational systems, and technology-enabled workflows.
- Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, analytics platforms, or digital solutions to improve sales productivity and performance.
- Deep knowledge of modern CRM systems, sales technology stacks, reporting tools, and funnel optimization methodologies.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect operational decisions to revenue impact.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments while maintaining strategic focus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
