The Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and managing the full sales cycle across an assigned region.
- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities by engaging healthcare organizations and key decision-makers.
- Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, including clinical leaders, executives, and operational teams, to create long-term customer partnerships.
- Achieve regional sales targets and objectives through effective territory planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain a strategic business plan to identify market opportunities, prioritize accounts, and drive quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Partner with sales leadership to evaluate market potential and establish effective go-to-market strategies.
- Create customer advocacy by developing champions within healthcare organizations and supporting successful adoption.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while maintaining accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, sales activities, reporting, and communication throughout the sales process.
- Travel regularly to meet customers, attend industry events, and support business development activities.
The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise sales professional with a strong background in healthcare technology, SaaS, or complex medical solutions, combined with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- 10+ years of experience in complex medical and/or SaaS sales environments.
- Experience selling capital equipment, healthcare technology, AI software, or IT solutions is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong ability to develop strategic relationships with healthcare organizations and executive-level stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence decision-makers across multiple levels of an organization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, analyze markets, and execute sales strategies.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage sales activities and reporting.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, innovative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Ability to travel regularly and reside within a reasonable distance of a major airport.
- Competitive compensation package with a base salary target of $125,000.
- Additional earning potential through sales commissions, incentive compensation, and equity opportunities, with total targeted compensation of up to $300,000.
