As a Microsoft Platforms Technical Lead, you will oversee the successful delivery of enterprise technology programs while serving as a strategic partner to clients and internal teams. You will manage delivery execution, lead technical teams, and ensure solutions align with business objectives, quality standards, and long-term operational goals.
- Lead Microsoft platform and business application engagements across multiple clients and industries.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Partner with clients to understand business needs and translate requirements into effective Microsoft-based solution strategies.
- Direct cross-functional teams including consultants, architects, developers, and project resources.
- Provide technical and delivery guidance to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor by helping clients optimize platform usage, delivery approaches, and operational performance.
- Manage escalations, resolve delivery challenges, and maintain clear communication with leadership and client stakeholders.
- Support business growth through strong delivery outcomes, customer satisfaction, and participation in solution design or proposal activities.
- Promote best practices in project execution, enterprise technology delivery, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience leading enterprise technology initiatives, strong knowledge of Microsoft platforms, and the ability to manage complex client engagements. You should be an effective communicator who can bridge technical expertise with business strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Seven or more years of experience leading enterprise technology delivery programs, preferably within Microsoft platform or business application environments.
- Proven experience managing complex client engagements with responsibility for scope, timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes.
- Strong leadership skills with experience guiding technical and functional teams in matrixed, client-facing environments.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies, enterprise solutions, and technology delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, resolve issues, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
- Experience supporting external clients across different industries through consulting or professional services engagements.
- US citizenship required for contractual purposes.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel to client locations when needed.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or related business applications.
- Preferred certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, Microsoft certifications, or similar professional credentials.
- Familiarity with agile delivery methods, enterprise change management, and business development activities is a plus.
- Competitive annual salary range of $149,000 - $248,000 USD.
